Project Helix Receives Round 1 Funding

I am pleased to announce that Project Helix has received Round 1 funding from the DoraHacks Starship Use Cases Hackathon. This funding will support the further development of Project Helix, which is currently focused on determining an optimal layout through sensitivity analysis of factors such as efficiency, slope, number of helices, and addressability, among others. I plan to present this research at the 2024 International Astronautical Congress in Milan, Italy. With the help of this funding I plan on documenting the initial structural strategy, analyzing the performance of this strategy, and showing how this support strategy is integrated with the utility system.

Furthermore, I plan on continuing the Starship Use Cases Hackathon into Round 2, where the aforementioned work on the structural strategy will be showcased.

Thank you to DoraHacks and the entire judging panel.
